I rescaped my 36 gallon bowfront after moving the neons that were there into my 29 gallon planted RCS tank. So besides a few RCS, it’s empty of stock. Any ideas?

If you need a cycled filter quickly, I can recommend Angelsplus.com. I’ve moved many times with the military and always end up starting over with their seeded filters.

King Fisher is giving good advice. Another benefit of running both filters is that if you use the 10 gallon as a quarantine/hospital tank with new fish, all you need to do is move the 10 gal. filter over and you’re instantly cycled.
Betta are usually happier with more space. I frequently hear that 5 -10 are a minimum for a Betta. That’s a great size to heavily plant and raise a colony of shrimp. Red Cherry Shrimp (called RCS on here) are relatively inexpensive and hardy. You could make a beautiful tank with them. I assume...
