Any good freshwater forums/societies/centers in VA?

I'm looking for someplace to go to start learning more in-depth about the hobby, so I can work with fish more often and start honing my knowledge of them until my photography buisiness kicks off, and maybe a place where they trade fish/know really good sellers/etc. Someplace to go once or twice a week and get my mind blown by wonders of freshwater creatures.

About an hour's drive radius around Richmond would be great, but if I have to I can drive more. Maybe even an hour's drive around Charlottesville. I just don't want to delve into Norfolk, the traffic there isn't worth the trouble.

I just moved to Williamsburg from Wisconsin, and am wondering the same thing. Don't think i would be willing to go to Charolettesville though. keep me posted on anything you hear, and i will do the same.

I don't know of any places that you could go a couple of times a week to hang out and learn, unless you sought employment at a Pet Store or Aquarium shop.
