HOw do you upgrade NO to VHO?

I've got 2 NO's that I'd like to be VHO, what do I do?

are they in a canopy already? the NO's? If so than take them out and get a VHO electronic ballast complete with wires and endcaps, from somewhere, http://www.hellolights.com/ comes to mind. and then purchase the bulbs also. and then install them into your canopy. again if u have one, if not, you may want to build one.
