Thx but it is not even looking at the fish and the pimple like thing growing on it's lower side of mouth is getting larger. Also it didn't yawn from yesterday not sure if it can open it's mouth or not, it's little pale too(turned whitish in colour)

Should i enthausize or still give a chance?
That's the thing with poisonings, the fish will not act normal. There are stresses in the bodily fluids, organs and flesh that need to be flushed out. I would not lower the salinity for now. You need the fish to be drinking water and flushing any toxins out of it's body. There is a reduction in the amount of flushing that can go on when you put marine fish in low salinity environments. It's good for short term parasite treatments but we are talking days not weeks or longer.Aa weird it again came back to normal after a fw dip but I am not seeing anything in Fw dips. I am dosing copper but weird. Few hrs ago, it was unable to breath but now it is breathing like normal again. I think I may drop salinity too if it helps
I was afraid of that. It seems your fish was infested with an internal worm specie and something was causing them to all come out at the same time. ( Possibly the lower salinity. ) Freshwater dipping is good for EXTERNAL parasites but not for internal parasites. ( Your worms would be considered internal parasites.) By keeping the fish at a lower salinity, the water exchanged in the cells also lowers in salinity which can cause an adverse environment for the internal parasites to live in so they leave to find a better environment. Lower salinity environments are best for short term treatment, not long term. Marine fish should be kept at the same or close to the same salinity as the ocean they came from. In Florida, where there are tons of Volitan lionfish now, the salinity is 1.025 and they are doing just fine. I would suggest that you start keeping your marine fish at close to that salinity for the long term and if you want to do a lower salinity treatment, do it in a separate tank and then return the fish back to the " normal" water.I think those were some worms as one of it's bumps on cheek was broken and there was a little white worm. Hope that i may not face anything like this
