Hi Angelaj and welcome to the forum 
It looks like a Chinese algae eater (Gyrinocheilus aymonieri). They get big and angry as they mature. If you only just got it, return it to the shop and get a mystery snail instead.

yes, chinese algae eater. i couldnt see the yellow/orange streak.
they grow up to be pretty big.
i got one from petsmart, they were just listed as algae eaters.
it is huge now. i dont know what to do with him, and hes hard to catch! im emptying the tank he is in, the brace on top broke.
