Kole tang with ONE white spot

Im not sure if its a parasite. Its been there almost a week and no more have shown up. Its about the size of this *.It doesnt seem to be effecting the tang. Also, Today my CBS was in the back of the tank, With one leg, No claws, And still alive. Any idea?

It could be an air bubble, sand particle or anything. Keep a close eye and if it developes into more you`ll need to QT. As far as the CBS I have no idea but I`m thinking maybe the brittle star. Just guessing on the shrimp.
