If you don't know what the water parameters are in the place you are moving to in comparison to what you have now, best is to take as much of your water as you can to the new place then do smaller water changes weekly to gradually adjust your fish to the new water. It would be the same as a slow acclimation. Should their be any issues, you'll see it before it's gets deadly by the way the fish act.
As for recycling the tank, if you can keep the filter material wet and aerated, your bacteria bed should remain alive so no issues there. ( Bait and tackle stores often sell battery operated air pumps for live bait which is a great way to keep your stuff aerated during transit. ) If it's going to take more than 8-10 hours before you can get any aeration to it, you may start seeing some die off of the microbes so you would need to allow it to grow again once reset up. You should have testing kits so that you can know if there is a problem. ( Your ammonia level will start to rise if there is a problem. )
