Water readings

Are my water readings right for my new tank any advice please? our fish are flicking.

GH- 180
KH- 80
PH-7
No2-0
No3- 20

If you have ammonia then your tank probably isn't cycled. Try this article:

Thanks its only been running about 5 days i took a filter from my turtle tank so it was mature and used gravel from another tank aswell but they still seem to be flicking

What do you mean flicking? and if the ammonia gets any higher, you'll need to do a water change.

There flicking on the gravel,rubing themselves on it and against the sides of the tank

Do they do this regularly? Do they have any white spots, fuzz or red marks?

We got a bigger tank and put two of our original fish in it, and then we added another two new fish yesterday, and ive caught them a few times doing it, but its not constant. There are no signs of white spot or anything else on them.

At the moment just keep an eye on them for signs of disease and keep the water conditions in check. Both can cause flashing but so can just being ichy
