My fish its getting white

I have this fish for some months and she get delivery like 3 month ago but after that she start to be white and the not move much she is eating but less and the other fishes non stop to follow her

Looks like the fish is a pregnant female so the males are following her to mate after she gives birth and the other fish are following her to eat the fry when they get delivered. If possible, place a divider in the tank so that she is alone and the other fish can't get to her or her fry. Make sure you have a lot of frilly plants ( live or artificial) for the fry to hide in as the Mother may also try to eat them.
